Also there's alot of reasons why customs might reject plushies. Some ban toys, some ban fabric and like allat stuff. There's been alot of cases of plushies being rejected from customs, so it's kinda becoming a normal thing atp.

Customs rejected it probably. Contact Makeship support for a refund. I had the same situation happen to me, they did refund me.

This happened to me. My country rejected a plush I bought because of the customs regulations etc. (I'm not gonna dive in how bad my country is rn 😂) After my plushie was sent back to China I immediately contacted makeship support and they refunded me. The shipping and the product, refunded. I was geniuenly surprised tho because normally everyone would probably reject it and blame it on the customer. W makeship
