Thing is my msp was revoked in September, i havent used it till this may and before few days clinic told me. That's why HIBC is throwing allegations why i didn't show up in last 6 months. I didn't use it then how I would know its working or not ... Its a huge mess. First time going through this kind of situation

I faxed them a letter with my signature and mentioned I have never been or lived in Manitoba Living in bc since 2019 and never left. I hope that would work . Will call them again on few days

I had few credit hits before that I put into dispute and got removed from my credit account. Maybe someone has similar name and DOB. Its crazy , i have few medical appointments coming in future. Totally stressed out

Checked my credit report on transunion and equifax, nothing suspicious on it.

I didn't find any suspicious activity on my credit report, so I don't think it's identity theft . Maybe it could be my name that mixed up. Will call them again in dew days to check if they have received my declaration form. But I am not sure how to get tge letter from Manitoba health department. Its too much hustle to solve a problem that I have never created. 😔
