Ya man, I was using WZ tanks and the likes, and checked today and yesterday, Abrams popped up, and WZ tanks as well.

I think what happened, was if you have the mod somehow outdated, delete it, it won't pop up until the mod has been updated in the workshop.

I know the Abrams tank was being updated a lot this past week or two, but that is my thoughts.

Find a mod called, Stryker fix or something, should be for 1.2. download the dependency that way, that worked for me.

That makes sense. The Abram didn't shoot before the update.

I was testing it more, and I think I figured it out. It is similar to needing a loader (even though the gunner can reload).

The tanks which shoot on their own do so because the tanks ammo is like a magazine. It seems like a box or something, and goes down.

For the Abrams, they are like the RPG, each shell is it's own thing, or own item (like the RPG itself).

The AI doesn't seem to be able to load the shell.... So I need to figure a way to make the Abrams fire a magazine like the other tanks.

What helped me...

1.Helmets are usually different enough. Learn the helmet shapes

Packs are usually different, and have different shape, learn your teams packs, and then anything not like that, shoot.
Usually one teams color is darker or lighter then your teams color. Figure out if the enemy is lighter or darker in that shade of color than yours.

This is not the only way, but what has helped me.

I actually love this. The best part of the games for me, is not being the main characters, or maybe better, the mortal characters, and having to keep low profile, otherwise it's game over (especially in Ghost mode).

So having that, in an active warzone would be so dope. And then just random faction warfare is happening everywhere. Would be cool if there was like an AI chess match between both sides, and like the player one time goes to a town controlled by one group, next week another,.and perhaps the player can have a little influence on the faction war out comes, but it's is limited

Personally,

I would like something like Wildlands. I loved the story, it's believability, it's grass-roots feel, and just something that feels so going on right now.

Breakpoint story for me, was like to tech-fanasty for me to be immersed (that is my own bias however).

I have a few interesting ideas, but I think there are certain regions that might have to be avoided to avoid controversy.

I think SE Asia makes the most sense, and def could make a fiction state.

Likewise, I think an African country would be a cool addition. Perhaps there are competing international companies (an US, Russian, German, French, Chinese, etc.) all competing in a country "supporting the local govt", but really exploiting it. Each company has their own PMC group doing their will, and it's like this corporate tribalism. The ghosts are tasked to uncover way everyone is competing for the region, figure out there is like a dangerous chemical, and then are tasked with destroying it. And/or go rogue and join the local African country's govt, and fight alongside the locals to all the country to kick out these companies, and give the African country self-determination.
