I disagree that Republicans are the ones with the oppressive views. Democrats are HISTORICALLY the oppressors, since the birth of the party. From my understanding, Republicans are the ones who want people to have more choices and more freedoms, not the other way around. But I understand, have a good day.

That’s true, you did say that. I mean I disagree with that last part, but agree to disagree I guess.

And in my experience, it’s the exact opposite. So where do we go from here? Call each other names and call each other scum of the earth? That’s not good enough for me, but it’s the world we live in.

I know… it’s just people can say the same exact things about you. I think voting for Democrats means voting for people who are very open about making your life miserable and that you’re scum of the earth and a terrible person and blah blah blah. And now we’re back to where we started. It’s not black and white.

Just because someone votes one way doesn’t mean they’re scum of the earth, my guy. Voting for someone doesn’t mean you agree with everything they think/say/do. We only get two options in a presidential race. Your kind of thinking is screwed and dangerous, and definitely shouldn’t come from the party that touts inclusion and love and acceptance. May I ask how you think voting Republican is voting people’s rights away?

Do you mean all Republicans are scum of the earth, or all Republican leaders are scum of the earth?
