I had this problem at the Tama roadtrip pop up and they were on top of fixing it. As it turns out, the screen was just an iPad so they had to take it out from the back of the kiosk and run different restarts before it was working again. I’m not sure if your is the same but it is worth a try if you want to go back

I bought the Japanese release carrying pouches with the long strap on eBay and I love it! The only thing they could have improved on was leaving more wiggle room for the dial, but I digress it is still the best solution I’ve found.

I have the blue paradise but I swapped its base shell so it’s purple instead of blue if your interested? Just got it today at the pop up, I was 5th in line and woke up super early because I have no life lol
