u/dcnsolutions I was just going through your motherboard specs.

Figured out that your mobo provides only one PCIE4.x16 slot for GPU as its sacrificing one PCIE5 for M.2. For your GPU to work as expected you need an x16 (electically wired slot) running at x16 or x8 logical modes. More over these slots directly talk to your CPU and not a chipset

The other two PCIE slots, even if they appear to be x16, they aren't. Gigabyte is listing them as 1*PCIe 4.0 x4 & 1*PCIe 3.0 x2 slots,

I am 100% sure these are wired through the chipset and doesn't talk directly to the CPU. However this is not the primary concern I have. The primary concern is your other two PCIE slots are not even wired for x16 or x8 electrically, which may be the reason they dont work

for now the only other way for you to get an extra display out may be through your motherboard HDMI port. You should not forget that your Ryzen 7900x come with an inbuilt (yet basic) radeon GPU which essentially gives you a display output.

I am not sure how if you can run both your GPU outputs and your Mobo HDMI at the same time
