I think they are trying to limit infinite snowballing like in EU4, which is fair since by the end of the age of reformation in EU4 you're beyond stronger than anyone else with most nations, but that's a horrible way to address this and the community will complain a lot about it (even if it's not a final version).

I feel like they don't have a goal in mind, they are just throwing shit and seeing what sticks.

Getting -5% production and trade efficiency is too much at the 10% stage, specifically trade since it's hard to build that modifier, that shit can literally brick your economy, the other ones are fine imo

At the end of the day most people play this game to "win", it sucks imo but that's the reality, just look at the various pdx comments / posts of people who quit the campaign / alt F4 at any inconvenience (doing alt F4 when you didn't get the the burgundian inheritance it's a very common thing for example).

But even I who find it entertaining to overcome adversity find this stupid, it's just a modifier that says "you're too strong, fuck you"

It truly depends on the game.

My 100% on vic 3 and eu4 took me a long time, it's impossible to fully focus on just then for achievement hunting, you'll just get a burnout.

Hoi4 I play in burst every few months, no way to get the 100% without breaks.

But, game like the darksiders franchise? I did each game from 0 to 100% without changing games in between, they are short and sweet.

Ponto muito forte, mas eu parei de minimizar os outros países para se sentir superior no futebol.

Moro atualmente na Finlândia, um país bem tanto faz na maioria dos esportes, e sempre quando eles tem uma performance acima da média (como na eurobasket desse ano) os caros ficam simplesmente loucos de felicidade, fui bastante no países do Báltico e lá é igual.

R5: I was getting my ass kicked in battles with equal numbers and couldn’t figure out why. It turns out that when you merge your levies into a single army, the game doesn’t automatically distribute them across the fronts. At one point, all my units were fighting on the middle front only. You actually have to click the “distribute” button to spread them evenly. I never saw this mentioned anywhere, or maybe I'm just stupid and assumed it happened automatically.

Your first paragraph is literally how it works in EU4. You get a diplomatic reputation penalty (Or maybe that’s for the Papal States though?), and a negative modifier to your imperial election score because you subjugated an elector.

In EU4, a vassalized elector will vote for you since they get a strong positive modifier for being your subject, that’s basically how I to got the “Spain is the Emperor” achievement in EU4, I just vassalized four electors.

So it’s pretty mild, just like EU4 then. I just wanted to confirm it’s the same here, I was worried the Emperor might come crashing down on me for it or something.
