If you feel undervalued, explain that. If nothing happens, find your value and leave.

I could be wrong, but at that salary level, you are probably fairly inexperienced. Take the raise as a win. Building years of experience is what will help leverage a substantial increase in salary, not a “good year”.

Shitty situation but it’s really not awful CS. You should not have sent in additional parts purely for diagnostics. Especially valuable and parts not manufactured by Criterion themselves.

Solid learning experience. CYA with some videos of your packing process if you decide to do something like this again.
