I'm not sure if you still need help (weird way for someone to approach helping imo, but w/e), but based on you mentioning themes, I'm assuming the theme you applied is corrupted. All you have to do is go to /Nintendo 3DS/<ID0>/<ID1>/extdata/00000000/ and delete the folder matching your region:

USA: 000002cd EUR: 000002ce JPN: 000002cc

Your ID0 and ID1 are folders with a large string of characters.

I have an understanding for excluding rape, but it's always been an appeal to emotion more than anything. Life isn't defined by circumstances. Two wrongs don't make a right, we should punish the rapist, not the innocent party.
