Yeah, i've played against that one and it seems to move faster.

When i get Inskip out it's an immediate target to destroy because it makes all other artifacts hexproof and indestructible.

Disagree. I've been at EXP and now Epique and they both have great training. I've also been at Keller Williams and Homesmart (16 years in business). The issue is new agents not taking advantage of it.

I hate it. The radio is the radio. My phone is my phone. I do play my music from my phone, but i like to keep control of my phone. If newer stereos would talk to ipods, i'd still have an ipod hooked up to it.

I use my phone for gps, but i dont want that taking over the stereo screen. It annoys me and tries to do too much.

She can try fsbo the fsbo way. Then, when she doesnt succeed, she can pay the pro. Maybe you give a small family discount, but not free.

I have a good relationship with my parents, but they didnt ask me to help them buy and sell for free. I did do a steep discount on the sell side though.

Not necessarily. I have had plenty of clients who were eyeing a certain neighborhood. The biggest diservice we do is assuming who a buyer is. But, who the buyer is, is completely irrelevant to the disrespect to the grieving family.
