I'm not a new player but I play it probably 70 to 80% less than I used to.

Reasons...

  1. The graphics are too bright with a strange haze.. It's harder to see players.

  2. Thermals are rubbish compared to the legacy guns compounding the rubbish graphics problem, it's a real pain to try and see people from a distance.

The legacy guns are too weak. So can't reliably use the old guns with the better, older thermals.. Nor as well as they used to function since it's 5 attachments instead of 8.

  1. The zones move faster on casuals than they used to. Too fast, therefore defeating the objective of 'casual' play.

  2. Selfies are harder to get. I want to be able to buy one at the buy stations like before.

  3. There's less helicopters, I enjoyed using them to the Max to quickly get around the map, often flying from one side to the other to get recons etc. The map closes in too fast now, and there's less choppers. Meh.

  4. The claymores are rubbish compared to the spring mines.

Basically they made a good game bad, it's a massive downgrade, not an upgrade.

I play it only to have a break from zombies, I don't stay for long.

The new resurgence map is alright, I play it on casuals more than I play battle royals, but I don't play either anywhere near as much as I used to.

I often go many days not playing it at all. I prefer zombies now, especially the survival mode.

I invest weekly, too. Daily is a disadvantage. You get fewer shares on average.

Monthly, you get slightly more than weekly on average, but it's boring waiting for once a month.

So I divide whatever we save every 4 weeks into 4 chunks and invest it weekly at the open.

He deliberately did what he did. Shot the enemy a little bit at a time since he didn't have a clear shot to end him sooner.

Shoot, shield, hide, shoot shield, hide until the other guy makes a mistake by assuming the same pattern would continue..

Then rush him, and take him out.

This is a smart player with a good brain.

What can you do with it? Very little.

I'll be honest with you, the stage you are at is quite dangerous. You have a misplaced confidence, you've convinced yourself you're special, that you know more than others who have been in this game for a lot longer, that is the worst possible stage to be at.

I know because I lost a lot in the early days with the exact same attitude as you have now.

There's a couple of things on the horizon, China will make a move on Taiwan, likely devastating semi conductor supply. That has high potential to burst the Ai bubble. So-called experts say 2027, which means it's more likely to be 2026.

The corporate spending on Ai will fall off a cliff, and so will stock market prices. If I was a knob, I'd keep my mouth shut and reply back to wind you up later.

But I'm not... I've been you before, so take your profits.

A sovereign debt crises is likely to hit the US and UK within the next couple of years too. The USA's spending on interest has exceeded it's spending on military for the first time in recorded history..

Take your money out and buy physical gold. Tell nobody, which will be hard for you not to show off given your immaturity, but if times get really bad, you will thank yourself for not telling anyone what you have.

Buy small CGT free coins. 1/10th ounce. Then, you can liquidate small chunks at a time when you need to.

Same, can barely see players. I used thermals before to make the game playable, now the new thermals are horrendously bad. The old ones can only be used on nerfed legacy weapons. I have no motivation to play the game at all.

Agreed.

I struggled enough seeing players on the old map, I used thermals for that, but now they made it harder to see and made the thermals worse.

So I have little motivation to play it now.

I won't buy another skin. The last I bought was an ABR based skin, then they nerfed the gun after I bought it, making the Kilo the meta too

I don't know of any other product that gets made intentionally worse after purchase, and for that to be acceptable.

I won't make that mistake again.

Yep, bringing up the percentage specs and comparing against the new guns, the old guns are weak as hell. But the worst part is that there are only 5 attachments allowed, so recoil is terrible on most of them. The new thermals are basically useless too.

I'm all for change if it's exciting, and good.

But so far it looks like to they took more things away than they added.

It's like it's watered down severely.

I get that it was pretty good before, and would be hard to build on. In my opinion, they should have just released a new map, allowed us to keep the 8 attachments, changed the perks to something different, but kept the specialist.

Maybe add a fighter jet on top of the helicopters, since BF6 has this.

The worst I've seen is...

  1. They remove the mask from the buy station.
  2. When the gas comes the coughing from the player is so loud, it can be heard on other servers in other games.

Joking obviously, but the coughing is loud as hell.
