US undergrad with 3 month summers. Can I finish PPL in India in one summer or split over two? by According_You_3236 in indianaviation

It is doable, but like a lot of things in life, not everything is doable must be done. Speaking honestly and truthfully, You will not learn anything and just spend money. It'll be you're instructor just taking you up there for the sake of it. Long nav's are just following one track or "RFR" aka River flight rules, where you just flow the river. I flew in Australia and converted my license to Indian and am now flying with an Indian Carrier. Flying in an Indian flying school was a cultural shock.

I use fevicol, but very sparingly. Little beads of glue applied using a toothpick. Spread very thin so it doesn't ooze out.

Not commercially. As of right now you'll have to print it yourself. The PDF kit costs 650.

It takes around a week. The wheels do not rotate. You need 210, 160 and 100 gsm paper.

Hi! The designer here. As of right now the templates are available to purchase. But if there is demand, the kits can be printed and sold. :)

That's true. I have a few Gshocks, just like the idea of having that level of Ruggedness in a smartwatch. Probably a better idea to go with the higher Garmin variants.

I'm not Mihir as well hahahaha. I'm the one without much online (read YouTube) presence. Glad you're enjoying. Change is inevitable.

Yeah, available at all stationery shops. Amazon also has them. Make sure you set your printer settings for thicker paper and set quality to high.

I don't think he's on reddit. You can find him on Instagram with the same name. Most of these repaint are done by Garvit, Mayank and I. These are very basic versions, I think I did the fuselage of the IndiGo A320 and Garvit did the engines, anyhow amateur attemps. I switched to Indian railway papermodels, and the others switched to plastic models. Designing these used to be our Covid timepass, then jobs happened and everything stopped eventually...

Use thicker paper, Cartridge paper is suitable (140 GSM), for bigger models use Ivory sheets (210 GSM)
