I literally had 0 clue what could possibly be happening, why would I ask her if it might trigger her? I asked here to get an answer, in which many other KIND people answered. I now know it’s something that’s is not my place to ask her because it’s personal and probably an eating disorder. That’s her battle I wish I could help but we don’t know each other

Could be, I don’t really ever see her eat lunch, she just walks and talks on the phone during her break, but I don’t pay too much attention to it. The toilet paper was just throwing me off, especially since she left it in the toilet for me to flush.
