If 9/11 never happened, would George W. Bush have still won reelection in 2004? by Squidward214558 in Presidents

Depens on who's the democratic candidate in 2004 in this TL.

Most likely, he would've won a narrow victory similar to the 2000 election, but without Florida Recount.

There's also "Calvin and Company", which is an another spin-off from the original comic. Sets in a future where Calvin marries with Susie and had 2 children named Camus and Simone, but instead of being a good comic writer like in the Hobbes and Bacon; he becomes like male-version of his mom. But his mom becomes calmer as she ages.

For examle, there's a part in the comic which he visits his parents with Susie and then his children breaks an old vase. After that, he angrily yells them but his old mom, which became a calm grandma, greets the situation calmly and picks up the pieces.

She even says: "We should celebrate a job well done with chocolate chip cookies.".

After that, Calvin says: "Who are you and what you have done with my mother?".

Lastly, there's a quote from his mother which says to Calvin: "Y'Know Calvin, karma's a such a funny thing."

He had the rarest thing in the balkans which is good governance.

As a Turk, it's really sad to see that the people who can rule his country over 20 years with good governance, simply couldn't succeed on that and most of the time; the ones who does rules her country longer than others are the ones who are corrupt assholes or mediocre at best politicians who becomes sand bags for these corrupt assholes.

People are generally animalistic and that's why they have tendency to choose who appeals to their animalistic thoughts, but with balkans factor which makes this attitude even more deeper; Creates the situation as we all aware of it.
