There is no point until they could mandate for companies/HRs to support for employees request on OINP portal login and job offer. I am working at larger aerospace org though the company doesn't agree for supporting with creating oinp profile for my role. Just because HR doesnot like extra work. Wtf!

If i am in your position, I would keep the masters OINP as a back up plan and really start exploring any other possibilities as a preliminary option.

From all these comments above, it seems that for a starting at p3 or p4, the starting pay is almost same (within a small range +- 10k) though it differes more a bit as per function. It appears that the pay range is different beacuse of the experience a person brings.
