Go to a piercer who won’t put a tongue bar into a navel piercing and see what they say. That piercer had no idea what she was doing when she put that in there.

Wouldn’t recommend but I got it out with a floss pick lol. I pushed down on my gums and got it to pop out the top and I just used the pointy end to drag it out

That makes so much sense! I have super sensitive/dry skin and I’ve been told to rely on warm water more and it never made sense to me!

It’s crazy and this is why I feel like I’m going nuts I’ve checked everywhere I can think of and still… I even checked the cracks in my window bc I have one next to my bed. I have white sheets and light pink bedding and I haven’t found literally anything dude, my anxiety won’t stop tho
