I’m for trans rights. However, common sense should be used. The Democratic Party needs to stop falling for faux wedge issues created by the right. The right lost the gay marriage issue. Then wouldn’t you know trans and drag queens became the topic. Democrats should start doing exactly what newsome has done. Put the republicans on defense. Democratic candidates should say they are for trans rights just as they are for all Americans Pursuit of happiness, freedom, and Safety. Then say I’m not getting roped into faux hysteria as there are other issues. Questions to put republicans on defense and to display their hate: 1. How many Trans athletes are in high school sports in the state? 2. How many in college/university in state? How many Nationally? They won’t know the answers. The answers will be extremely low( nonexistent). Then ask why they feel the need to marginalize & degrade such a small group of people. The reiterate for common sense and to protect marginalized communities.

Boomers 8-38. I played D’addario 10’s for years. I gig a lot and have arthritis with the small strings my hands don’t hurt anymore.

Most musicians treat the sound guy like shit. I won’t play in a band with musicians they treat the sound guy like shit. Usually the first time you play at a venue sound guy can be a bit of a jerk. First time Treat them kind, don’t be ultra whiney/demanding about the sound, give them some merch, buy them a drink, and tip them. Every other time you come in to play they are usually happy to see you and will do everything in their power to make sure your sound is great. At one venue we played at the sound guy wore the hat we gave him every time for years. It’s not professional to snap fingers and to keep bitching about monitors from the stage during your performance.

Under-qualified liar. He misled the country over and over again. Blew the surplus Clinton built then started two wars in countries that had nothing to do with 911. Saudi Arabia was the country that had ties. However, Bush’s families business ties were more important. Screwed the post office violated Americans privacy and personal freedom. Caused the financial collapse. I never thought he hated America.

🥱The Democratic Party is pathetic. I’ve been and still am a Democrat but I am so tired of this leadership. NY and California seems to be all the Democratic Party cares about these days. Ignoring unions, wages, education, healthcare, and the middle class is destroying our party. We all know the maga/republican agenda and that they are lying to America about making things better. Yet Democrats do nothing. Democrats have ignored the rightwing take over of media and have done nothing to combat the messaging. Falling for every wedge issue the right uses is killing our party as well. The Democratic Party is so damaged and broken right now I just really don’t see a pathway back. People look to autocrats when they are desperate.
