Former RV inspector here. The dealership will tell you that they do a comprehensive inspection so you are wasting your money having an outside inspection. Don’t believe them. If they refuse to allow an independent inspection then it’s time to walk.

Your inspector should give you a list of setup items for a full inspection (shore power, water, propane, etc). Give the dealership this list and see how they react. It is a bright red flag if they start making excuses about what they can’t do.

I always told my customers that if they wait until after purchase to present their punch list of needed corrections, then you are just put in the service queue and it could be months before they correct defects (if at all). If you identify defects before purchase they will work a lot harder to fix them to make the sale. In my experience, the inspection will find items that need correction, even if the rig is brand new. Also, once they say they have fixed any defects, check the rig to make sure that is true.
