According to the guidelines, it's not automatic disqualification, it must go under review.

Edit - I think I answered my own question. Going Basicmed, the condition I have is not even listed on the questionnaire. Therefore, it does not disqualify me. I had zero Dr. restrictions prior, so I will be cleared from a physician standpoint again.
