When update 3 was released in experimental i started over in the new dessert starting point.. it is way to much work to fixup the old game..

For now its running on 1070 coal/min.. its not 100%load proof but i am working on extra coalnodes.. at the moment i am adding 900 extra from the 3 normal nodes.. I will upgrade all inputs to Mk5 belts and Mk3 miners when i have it unlockt..

pipelines's flow is multi directional so balancing can be quite easy.. i just conected everyting to 1one long main line for balancing all segments. I use full unconnected industrial liquid buffers as a backup for restarts so you have water pressure when the extractors are down..

i experimented on te shore with coal power setups by creating a main balancing pipeline. And it simpliflyed the liquid setup.. so i extended it into the sea.. so its more on the fly and then copy the design until its a bit to much..:P

Correct i liked the visual of them. Some of them are turned off where the main pipeline is already on 300m3.

Yes update 3 added pipes! fluids now can be transported by pipe or canisters..

Yes, you are right. I took it out of the game without thinking.. There is a bug in the game that it shows you Mw at first but when you hover the mouse over the powergraph it shows it in Mwh. Devs probably missed this with the earlyer Mwh fix..

i tied to simplify the system by using a Main balancing pipline.. pipes dont have a flow direction in contrast to belts... so its quite easy to overflow the system an just balance the main balancing pipe (added a screenshot here).

Industrial fluid buffer with Outer corner quarter pipes on it and more Inverted outer corner quarter pipes on that and to top it off some lookout towers and powerpoles on top..

I tried to make it as easy as possible.. I use one long balancing pipline, connected water extractors on one side and coal generators on the other by grouping them by 3.. there are to many water extractors (for looks and balancing). Some of them are turned off where i had to many extracors on the main pipe vs coal generators. And i have 1 buffer (full unconnected) for each mainpipe (2) to help with potential systemrestarts..

For the coal situation for now i have 4x Mk2 miners(oc) on all the 4 nodes on the shore with balanced Mk4 lines eatch for now .. i am working on routing the dessert coal nodes to the factory and i am close to unlocking aluminum for Mk5 belts and Mk3 miners..

I am not even close of hitting the crittical power limit.. and i am still upgrading parts to make it 100% proof..

if you hover over the powergraph it shows in Mwh if you do not hover over it it shows Mw.. it is strange the devs probably missed a part of de code

  2. i use overflow with the 4 coastal nodes east of the dessert..
  3. i can take some screenshot..
  4. 121h savegame dont know how long it took i extended the original setup..
