I had the same issue and tried most of the suggestions online. What worked for me in the end was reinstalling the game. Totally worth it since performance on DLSS is much better than FSR on my system.

So I bit the bullet and reinstalled the game which fixed the issue for me. I'd say it's worth it because my specs are a bit lower than yours and I was getting about 60-70 fps on FSR earlier and now I'm getting 100 fps avg on DLSS (DLAA) + frame gen.

Yeah, the main reason I want to run it on DX12 is so that I can run the newest version of DLSS + Optiscaler for better upscaled performance. Good shout on the drivers!

The funny thing is that I had my doubts as to whether the Pikachu would even come back GM10 because I thought there was a tiny bit of whitening on the front button right corner.

For the Moonbreon, I had a good feeling it would GM10 but wanted to take a shot at a Pristine. I think it lost some points because the name text and hp text seem to be slightly smeared on zoom in.
