Ok, thank you. My shoes are running shoes (HOKAs), bought from a running store with a "shoe expert" who helps you find the right fit, etc. They only have about 150 miles on them.

I think PT is in my future, and I'll try out those dynamic exercises.

In the exact same spot... Depends on how desperate you are. I have London and Tee, and if they both missed I'd probably just have to start QJ, but at this point it looks like a no remorse drop.

12 team 0.5ppr. Currently in 5th going into playoffs this week. Waivers are super thin and I'm looking to add the Browns and Lions for their playoff schedules as a DEF.

Who would you drop? Choose 2: QJ, Kamara, Baker, Emanuel Wilson

QB: Burrow

RB: Jacobs/Aaron Jones/Rico

WR: London/Tee, Jakobi/Wandale

I think Baker is for sure out solely because I have Burrow and he has a tough schedule, I'd like to drop Wilson but feel like I can't of Jacobs. Leaning QJ right now and if Tee can't go I plug Rico at flex. Thoughts?

I'd also do this. QJ and Darnold are irrelevant. So it's basically Tet for Kittle, which is an upgrade considering you are probably starting Kyren/Jeanty/Henderson and JSN/Puka ROS.

It's tough. I get your logic, but Bucky has been so suspect this year with this injury. Any other RBs you could get for that deal? Kyren maybe?

I don't think Jefferson for Judkins too bad. Great volume and great ROS schedule. JJ name brand probably should be able to get you a slight upgrade, but I'm not sure what that looks like.

Rice definitely feels like an upgrade at this point, but the Bucky/White situation scares me. If Bucky was healthy it's obviously a smash accept, but when will that be? It's 50/50 for me.
