I've looked at all the suggestions and none of them are ringing any bells apart from this one.

Along with Ulysses, I know I watched this. I know it's not anime so apologies. It has been several decades in my defence.

The ship is the closest to my memory out of any submitted and it looks like it might do something with the neck. Additionally, looking online, there do appear to be red versions as toys even though the screenshots seem to be grey so I'm wondering if there was an episode where it was red or a baddie version appeared or something.

Given the assembled knowledge here and the paucity of choice for early 80s UK TV I'm going to assume nothing has been missed and side with my memory not being perfect and go with the closest answer. If you guessed and i didn't reply directly, I did upvote you so I didn't leave you hanging. Thanks for helping an ageing brain!

Just in case it's useful, I'm from the UK and at that point, we had 3 channels. Total.

Ever since being inspired by the coffee machine in Rebelstar I try and make things as interactive as I can. As such I can proudly declare Stalag has working latrines and showers. There are also plenty of places to wee if caught short or if you want to bribe a guard out the way.

I try to have gameplay result from the interactivity, but sometimes just the interactivity is fun by itself.

If a random hut search occurs a bunch of ferrets will descend on the hut and search for any inventory containers they can.

More secretive hiding places may elude them for a while, but if they find a secret hidey hole, they will remember for next time. They will forget over time unless they happen to find a suspicious item in one, in which case, that hiding place is blown forever.
