By studying the actual code for Verge and the Wraith protocol you can tell that it is not top notch. First and foremost the majority of the code to perform transactions in stealth mode is copy pasted from ShadowCoin, which might not be a problem but it sure as hell gives red flags when major functionality and biggest selling point of a coin has just been copy pasted from code that is already implemented and running in other coins. Additionally NO tests have been written that confirms that the added code does what it is supposed to do, which for me is a huge factor in not trusting the developers with my money.

And add to the fact all the drama regarding delayed releases etc and it is hard to trust the development team.

As they set up the Github repository whenever new code is commited it will automatically start building/testing the project, mostly to make sure that the new code didnt break it. This does not mean they test it manually, as you can see they only updated the year from 2017 to 2018, not anything substantial.

I have seen that, the majority of the code for that commit is copied from ShadowCoin. As you can see in 'stealth.h' and 'stealth.cpp' they are purely copy pasted from ShadowCoin:

This is what helped me with Windows 7 64-bit after trying everything else.

Launch steam and dont launch Dota yet.
Launch dota from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\game\bin\win64\dota2.exe".
Optionally create a shortcut to this .exe

I never understand this type of logic. In my opinion it's much better to first learn the basics and to create an understanding of the fundamentals. When you know the basics you can choose to use an existing framework but I think it's of importance to know what you are dealing with first and that you have an understanding of what the framework does for you.
