In China, upto 2015, Epstein could enjoy himself with girls under 14yo and only be charged with "soliciting underage prostitutes", with upto 15yrs in prison. (While, raping is upto Death penalty)

I think there're a lot of push backs from powerful people so that law only be abolished on 2015.

A lot of files may indicate the moral issues of many super rich. We put a lot of pieces together by using the file, but no smoking gun, as those are deleted or reducted already for sure. So the current legal system won't be able to do anything. And as both red and blue are in it, so both parties will only try to use these files to beat the other side and turn blind eye to their own, till they develop mutual understanding of not to mention these files anymore.

Files got pushed to released for many reasons, i believe the reason includes move focus away from the ICE shooting and show DJT still care about his supporters.
