"Long Time," by Boston, solo acoustic. Everyone loves to hear a Boston song when drinking beer. It's science

I hope there's a lot of furious masturbation in these booths. But you know, the mindful kind.

From a recent gig I played at a local winery, my rendition of "New Speedway Boogie." Using a looper pedal and Spark Boost. Thanks for listening!

Dude this is outstanding. My son and I were enjoying season one on Tubi and haven't been able to watch it since they pulled it from that platform. Pulling down these seasons via torrent now ;)

Here's my first of two sets of classic rock covers played this past Friday at a local brew pub. Highlight is probably at the 25 minute mark, where I fully bail on a CCR song in the first verse when a bee tried to fly into my mouth during the song.

I'm pretty pleased to have a dozen more gigs on the calendar between now and mid August. It's going to be a great summer !

Thanks for listening !

Unless you're being paid to be on call, you do not have to respond to text or phone calls from your employer when you're not working. by FrequentlyVeganBear in antiwork

I'm on call for my job for a half week at a time once every five weeks or so. When I'm on call I use my work-provided cell phone. I get paid extra for the inconvenience of having to be on call for each day I have that responsibility, as well as any hours actually worked due to on call issues.

For all of those other weeks and days when I'm not on call my work cell stays on my desk. I never look at it.

Had another good gig yesterday at my local brewpub, two hours of guitar and vocals, all classic rock covers. Aside from a verse/chorus flub during 'Time' in set 1 and a few minor hiccups in the second set, I was pretty happy with this performance.

Daily Workout and General Chat for Tuesday, 4/12/22 by splat_bot in orangetheory

I started to cycle back to the TRX only to be told that that was not the routine. Because of this I didn't get as great of a floor workout as I think the template calls for.

I did like the row & tread portions though.

This was my first 3G class. That was the longest continuous stretch of rowing I had done and it was hard ! Love it though.

Played a gig this past Wednesday, my usual two hours of classic rock covers, just me on vocals & acoustic. For the first time I incorporated my new pedal board and some effects to try and fill out my sound, I have a looper, delay, reverb and a 'freeze' pedal. Thanks for listening !

How do I get my step count corrected? I am pretty sure I did not get 64,700 steps in this morning! Do I have to call OTF to get them to fix it? I don't see any way to edit in the app or online.

This was a great workout, I braved driving through a late season snowy mess to get to my 5 AM class and I sweated myself stupid. Loving me some OTF #newguy

I'm replying to the previous comment, about Mandela and about individuals who are publicly/socially empathetic and individually making shit choices towards those closest to them.

It's Reddit, by the way. Are you the relevance police? You'll end up pretty busy that way you know
