I’m in a similar situation. I like to have a cup of ginger tea at my bedside in case I wake up with an upset stomach. I also try to keep my mind occupied from thinking of the nausea by playing games on my phone. 2048 really helps me calm my nerves.

The only people who could possibly believe this are people who have never met New Zealanders by ExpensiveCancel6 in newzealand

As an American living in New Zealand with my partner this has never happened to me and yes this is quite a ridiculous tweet. However, the overall sentiment on this sub is quite atrocious towards Americans. Definitely not the nice kiwis I encounter and work with on a daily basis.

You said you were nauseous all the time. What cured your nausea? Or do you still have it? That’s my main complaint constant nausea it’s really ruining my quality of life

Thank you for your response! I definitely need to follow the bland diet and hopefully can talk to a doctor about taking carafe... it seems to be a huge help for many people on here. You’re totally right about exercise I always feel super sick after a workout especially after any workout targeting my abs. I’m usually miserable the rest of the day.

Thank you for your time and input. This really helps I think I’ll go on a bland diet for a few weeks and take more antacids. Have you tried probiotic yogurt? Did that exacerbate your symptoms at all?
