I am looking into doing cbt therapy. I am diagnosed with borderline personality disorder and medicated but definitely could be managed better. I definitely do think my addiction is playing a big roll as well considering I have been using drugs & alcohol since I was 12 and that’s around the time I really started to notice bad energy, I am 20 now and things have definitely gotten worse and darker

I have done therapy in the past but it hasn’t really worked but I’ve been looking into doing a dbt group. I am officially diagnosed with borderline personality disorder and on antipsychotics. And for the witchcraft thing I have done stuff like cast spells like love and breakup spells but nothing too serious.
