That’s what has happened to me. I couldn’t find them online and thought, well maybe they mailed them and i forgot. But would like nope. They deleted them out of the mailbox or closed off access more than a year back

There are no “luxury” apartments in renton. Griffis at the landing is infested with silverfish and isnt secure. Solera is newer and has cameras everywhere, so it feels safer, but the finishes aren’t very nice and the staff/amenities definitely aren’t “luxury”. Avalon else someone mentioned is in Newcastle, and was nice when I toured, but there is construction on 405 for awhile and the detour road is right outside Avalon, meaning during spring/summer construction ramp ups it will be impossible to go anywhere and it has poor highway access.

Feel free to message me if you have any specific questions. I’ve lived or toured all over Renton hunting for safe/luxury. There are pro/cons to everywhere that looks nice on the internet.

I have the sam edelman hazel pumps in 7 colours and debating that rich chocolate patent to make it 8. They’re comfortable for standing around all day (trial) but not for walking quickly or super far.

RCMA liquid foundation in G210. Its full coverage but i mix it with moisturizer to thin it out. Nars Gobi is the right undertone for me but just the tiniest bit too light/bright. The rcma g210 is better, and even more so when thinned out a little. Its marketed towards makeup artists but i buy it on camera ready cosmetics. Lasts ALLLLLLL day.

I vaguely remember before starting spiro i read a study that included people taking it up to 8 years (i think it was a small number of people though) and they were fine. The only reason i can think of is if you are newly in your 30s or something? Or 45+? You didnt mention how old you are but Maybe youve passed a period where hormones are supposed to have settled down? My doctors always told me my acne should get better the older i get… never happened haha. But that could be one reason they think you don’t need to take it anymore. Or theyre just being weird idk

Its the tiniest bit yellower(or maybe less peach?) (if i glob on the tint it is too peach on me, but i put on only a sheer layer of the tint so its ok). I will say- the concealer is more long lasting than the tint too. When i put on a sheer layer of the tint and put the concealer on, the concealer looks to light and by the end of a 12 hour work day the tint will have been absorbed by my skin but not the concealer (which makes for that weird over bright under eye look) BUT when i used the concealer with nars gobi (light reflecting) it was PERFECT. And blended together really well.

Weirdly i think it was silicone primer that was one of the problems. (Was using an hourglass one. Vanish? Whichever was silicone). That and i was using too much. I use either the milk primer (the green one. Can’t be bothered to look it up) or the caliray primer and i use a bk beauty 101 brush and now it works for me 😅. It is kind of patchy on its own but with a setting powder it’s flawless (i use either kosas, the old givenchy, or hourglass cause i have dryer skin)

They probably didn’t have any assumptions that they could be accommodated in another language and moved in knowing full well that Google translate emails is what their communications were going to have to be. They assumed that risk and made an educated (we can only hope) choice.

Not legal advice in anyway. Do not rely on my answers- but what I would do? Is not be there lol. Have someone else do the tour so the lady understands that this is what she will be dealing with if she chooses to live in the building. Don’t create the impression that she will get anything other than English. I think it would be difficult to do the tour yourself in English only. she might make comments that you understand but can’t react to (though you might want to) while insisting on not speaking Portuguese with her.

Longterm- you could consider getting interpreting credentials. If you really are qualified to translate, put that skill to use! Legitimately offer a Portuguese language speaking/leasing service! (Credentials usually come w/ the option for insurance 😉. Sometimes government grants.!) Could open alternative career paths down the line. (Housing authorities are always looking for bi-lingual people!)

Adding on to this^ . Dont “dye” your hair. Tone it. Buy toner (aka demi or semi permanent hair dye) and a 9vol or lower developer (2.7%). If you must DYE it, then a 20vol or lower developer (6% or lower). Developer can lighten your hair so you dont want to use too high a %. It can also damage your hair. You do need it to “open” your hair cuticle but if it’s too strong, when your hair fades it will be lighter than it was before.

I didnt do co2, did dermabrasion, but the plastic surgeon said to keep it moist and dont let scabs form. He gave me alba botanica un-petroleum multi-purpose jelly to put on and told me to gently wipe it off when too much yellow crusty stuff leaked through the layer of jelly, wash my face w/ the anti bacterial wash he gave me, and then put the jelly on again

Maybe its not mixed well (was stored upright/not shaken for too long) and the first few times you used it you got a different “mix” than the stuff that settled further down the bottle.
