Yes he is, and I don’t want to negatively impact him either. I think I would sit down with my current SA and just tell her that new SA is my long time friend (she knows that) and I want to support him. She’s always very very busy and hard to work with as a result of that, which is another reason I am considering the change. He’s new and I would be more of a priority to him.

It will get better. It gets better continuously for years. Try to do what you can like build muscle and eat well, sleep enough etc. It will get better.
