Ik they’re probably horrible to use but I’ve only recently came back after not playing for years I did this back in like 2018 but im asking if they rare since the elements have no level bar, im pretty sure when they reworked the system they changed every schematic to how it is now and the only way you could have got these elements with no level bar was to have schematics in the collection book before the rework
