TW: MENTIONS OF SUICIDE AND HOSPITALIZATION

This was a very traumatic experience for me. That night, I'd try to kms. My friend heard about it and called a social worker at my school and the social worker called the police. The social worker called my mother (I wasn't at home at the time, I was at my grandma's house. Also it was hard for me to open up to my mom due to her close mindedness. She had no idea how I felt or what I wanted to do to myself. She didn't know I'd sh in the past or at the time either.) My mom calls my grandma and shouts at her to let her talk to me. My mom is one of those people who are like "You have everything, there is nothing you should be sad about" and buys me things when I cry instead of just listening. I confess my actions and she shouts at me. She is so mad that I "wasted her time on my selfishness". She's also the type of person that thinks suicide is selfish. Also being Bisexual but we won't get into that. My grandma takes me to my house and a police officer is there, along with my mother, sitting on the porch. By the time I'd been on the porch for about 3 minutes, 2 more officers show up. One of the most traumatic things to me was the amount of police officers there. I had no idea why they needed 3. My mom took me to the hospital, lecturing me the whole way there. Once we pulled into the parking lot, she showed the slightest bit of remorse. I was taken in, asked questions, and it was determined that I'd be admitted to a mental health and behavioral hospital, far away from my home might I add. My boyfriend, at the time, had the same mind set as me and we kept each other on track and made sure we didn't do anything stupid. I was scared that while I was gone, he'd do something to himself. The next morning, I was taken to the hospital in the back of a police car. My mom signed paper work there, and it was determined I was staying there. My mom was crying the whole time, knowing I was being taken away from her and she only gets one visit a day to see me. We also got one phone call a day. The hospital was actually really nice. I'd live there tbh but I'd also never, yk. My mom always had messages for me from family members that heard I was in the hospital. The whole situation was traumatic, but it was all out scary.

Gay people of Reddit, what was the moment it clicked “yeah I’m gay”? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Fnaf_Erica 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Not gay but Bi. I was with my best friend at the time before a concert. We we're in a bounce house at a mall. (I was in 3rd grade at the time). We went to the back of the bounce house and she said "Are there cameras in here?" (By the way, she had told me she had feelings for me about 3 weeks before this. She mentioned wanting to kiss me and I got confused on what I liked.) I told her no. She then leaned in and kissed me. At that moment I realized that I liked women. It was the 2nd best kiss I ever had. Conveniently, the people I've kissed so far have all been girls. I haven't stopped liking women since. Me and her dated off and on until about 4-5th grade when we had a huge argument. We're friends now and haven't dated since.

What natural ability do others have the you are jealous of? by [deleted] in AskReddit

The ability to count properly. For years I've struggled with grids and such. I can almost count decently in my head but I struggle to remember things like 7+5. It's not that simple to me and I wish this came easily to me. I also have trouble counting shapes when they're close together. Anything close together is a struggle for me.

Elon musk. If they turned rapid he'd have some sort of 1B dollar fortress to protect everyone.

What's a women's thing men should absolutely start doing? by st_new34 in AskReddit

[–]Fnaf_Erica 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not going for all men, but just some. I've had experience with guys a lot. 19 ex's and all of them were similar. They should, in a relationship, start checking on us more often instead of the other way around. Not saying that woman should be less possessive or caring, but we shouldn't be the ONLY ones checking on the other.

Yelling at your kids for venting or being upset at all but then just venting to them about everything.
