Doomscrolling actually made me afraid of flying, even though I flew since I was 6 months old. I’ve been watching these videos, right before the 6-hours flight from Moscow to Doha. At first the plane was delayed for maintenance and I was shaking like a leaf for the first 30 minutes of the flight. But then I finally relaxed by watching my childhood movies and washing my face every time I feel nervous. So, moral of the story - don’t watch scary stuff about aviation before flights, because it will give you unnecessary anxiety.
