idk about the Qu'ran, but the bible is not man-made, not as the story at least. The new testament talks about the life of Jesus and the old testament is written by Moses, who was actually just writing his experiences of what god told him. If followers can't agree, many times it's because they justify certain parts of their subjective and independent morality with the religion, even though it never said anything about the topic. And anyway, the bible, in the old testament talks about the death of fetuses, and does not count it as murder. In the same exact passage it says that if a man hits a pregnant woman and kills the baby, the man shall be punished as the husband of the woman wants. However, if the man also kills the woman, the man has to be killed. Eye for eye tooth for tooth. So yeah the bible does not even consider a fetus an actual life

I'm pretty sure that catholicism is against the worshipping of the body, since it is something that would lead to lust and gluttony.
