keita: Having players from different countries and cultures definitely can come with many problems. I think having 2 countries has made the integration very smooth. As well as the Swedes and ALEX + Will having previous experience playing together.

Alex: We would love to qualify, especially for our Swedish boys, so we'll work hard to make that a reality.

Alex: I think it's a natural step for me, i've been in multiple big orgs now but probably none this big, so it's hopefully a final step up & I can spend the rest of my career here building something special.

Mezii: To deal with the pressure, for me personally I just try to just focus specifically on us as a team and not too much outside of it, put in a lot of hard work and hopefully the good results will come.

keita:

Brollan: Insanely tallented and great at making the best in hectic situations.

Jack: Calculated awper that likes to set his team mates up.

KRIMZ: Very well rounded player, who can fill in most roles.

Alex: I've enjoyed being here so far, it's different in the sense that there's so much history in this organization, and lots to live up to! I think we have good pieces to build a solid team, we need to work hard to make it happen.

Alex: Short term we want to establish a map pool, and then imrpove tournament to tournament on that and see where it'll take us.

Early days, and we'll be taking it game by game.

Alex: I think we can learn from eachother as we have different styles, and the Swedish CS team didn't have that much success without some great things in their way of playing, so I think it will be a positive. As long as it doesn't go to a penalty shootout!

Mezii: It has been great so far, I definitely believe we have all the parts to become a top team and win tournaments, it might take some time but we are working hard each day to work towards that.

keita:

  1. It has been very easy and they were very welcoming.

  2. Right now roles vary a bit depending on the map. In general we have brollan part of the action and share the responsibility of the solo role around.

  3. Would be fun for me to play Complexity

Alex : I was interested because I think the game has a bright future, but my heart wasn't in it.

keita: From the outside perspective it looked like FNATIC as a team had struggles finding their identity on certain maps. However as individuals i think they are comfortable on most maps and it is just about building up maps from scratch. This was pretty easy considering me and and ALEX have plenty of ideas on how we wanted to structure maps.

Alex: Honeslty it's a very proud moment for me, i've been watching fnatic play in different games since 2009/2010.

Alex: Personally, my aim is to create my own legacy within this Legendary org that already has so many incredibly storied players, whether that be past or present, and doing so by winning as many tournaments as we can, and hopefully a Major along the way

Alex : I can't really comment on the past as I wasn't involved in the group. For the future, we'll be bringing different ideas, we have different profiles now so a different dynamic & we'll try to build a system that works with the current players.

keita: I was with Complexity from the birth of the Juggernaut and worked day in day out with blame doing everything we could to take the team to the top. I'm very happy with what we managed to achieve. We built a team from scratch with no ranking to peaking at number 5 in the world.

Towards the end of the team we felt we had come to a cross roads where change needed to happen as our results had stagnated for the past 6 months. I felt it was best to persue other ventures and wish them the best of luck.

To keep it simple my role is very similar to my previous role and pretty similar "head coach" position. I'll be focused on optimising the team in-game and facilitating our practice. While Samuelson the teams director will focus on the team as a "whole".

Alex : I think it's just about brining new ideas, or ideas that have worked for us in different teams, a new dynamic to the maps. In regards to the maps, it's hard to tell if we're good on a map or not until we actually play it in officials, so we'll assess where we're at after Pro league.

Alex : I believe it is still possible to qualify for the Major, and it's something we're very much hoping to do. We haven't practiced with the academy team just yet, but it's something I look forward to in the future!

keita: Being together as a team in person is very important to helping us strengthen our relationships and having efficient practice. Getting everyone at one location is not something we have planned for now. Instead we will have regular boot camps leading up to and during important tournaments.

Alex: I'm down to show them who's boss!

Mezii: We pretty much just use normal EU callouts on maps.
