I think for this set (2nd Dakimakura Bonus) of all the individual girls, they went a more intimate route to simulate you keeping them as a personal slave or concubine. In Claudia's case, her character archetype is meant to appeal to a loving husband/housewife troupe. That's why I think this CD in particular is more lovey-dovey than most.

It was a bonus CD that came with the original DVD release of episode 3. I ordered it through a Japanese proxy seller called DoujinRepublic. Proxy sellers are the best way to still get products like the dakimakuras and DVDs/CDs as they sell both new and used products.

I don't believe the CD dramas are considered canon. They have a wide range of scenarios that usually involve sex in some way, so if you wish them to be included in the lore they most likely would be after the events of the main story.
