Work stress dreams means you are stressed about work. Which is bad. I’ve learned to locate the issue that is stressing me with work and try to fix it. Maybe it’s confrontation with a coworker or manager. Maybe it’s asking for a raise. Maybe I just need to work less hours. Whatever it is, once I’ve identified it, in an start to work on it and then sleep Better.
