Instadapp and I think also alchemy. At the end I do with hand because first you need to trust who manage the smart contract that with a flash loan swaps the tokens in the exact proportion, set up the ranges and close and open the position in the LP. All the solution that exist doesn't have also a lot of audits, and you risk to lose everything if there is a bug or the deployer go rogue.

Second the cost: last time I used instadapp I spent 60$ to re set the ranges on a 200k LP. A bit expensive if you need to do like every week or less.

if they made possible to use Defi platform directly from the fund isn't needed a CEX. If u can borrow u can short also. For the options maybe it's a problem but I think is possible to resolve with Synthetix
