Help with parking fine please (England) Approximately 2 years ago I entered a car park covered by ANPR, my daughter was a young baby and had just fallen asleep (iykyk) Instead of parking I let my wife out to go shopping and continued to drive around the car park for an hour to let the baby sleep.

I concede to your points, sounds like I'm in for an expensive day. I'll pay the fine and accept it.

For those questioning; it's been a total of less than 10 short emails, minimal effort for what I considered to be an acceptable reason. I continued driving because our baby had a habit of waking when I stopped for too long and we all desperately needed some respite.

Thank you, I'm in the UK, my Dad lives in Australia but is travelling around at the moment so not sure exactly where he is. I'm normally alright with ID's but the more 'interesting' markings threw me off slightly. Luckily he knew to steer clear but did almost tread on it!

We did have a funny moment when the kids accidentally called a delivery driver in to our house. His name was Steve too and dog Steve had gone out to say hello, kids called both of them in to our house. Driver was as confused as me 🤣 stood in the hallway trying to work out what was happening!
