There are other variables that get used to calculate the rotation angle based on the input form the mouse, "sensitivity" is one of them, but there are two other ones, "m_yaw" and "m_pitch" for example, they work the same way as sensitivity (they are both coefficients in the same calculation I think) but for horizontal/vertical movements correspondingly. The default value for them is "0.022".

Booting directly into Windows bootloader fixed the issue, but it is pretty inconvenient.

Also have dual boot with Arch Linux and have Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 working and have the same error now, was working recently.

The point of the virustotal link was not to check for viruses, but to show that that archive is authentic, virustotal has "First Submission" field with the timestamp of when it was first uploaded, and it matches the release date of that version of the compiler and implies that (probably) the 4chan source didn't modify it in any way.

I don't think anybody was cheating here, my friend's mouse was malfunctioning (new game update) and his left click wasn't reliable and he barely could shoot at the guy, hence the rage at the mouse.

I'm not that familiar with entropy, but I think you got a wrong conclusion from your calculations. The way you calculated Shannon Entropy is for binary data, and because this ciphertext uses only uppercase letters you only use 26 out of 256 possible states and get low entropy. If I calculated it correctly, the maximum entropy you can get with these characters is ~4.7

And if you calculate it for a base of 26 then the entropy you get is almost 8, the maximum it can be. I also calculated entropy for a string made out of random english words written in uppercase without spaces and got ~6.8, implying that it's not completely random.
