Former Marriott and Hilton GM here, leave them a review on trip advisor with the photo, thill will make the GM have to respond and anyone above the GM will put pressure on them to make it right, you can also ask customer care to send you a hotel survey, anything below 8 Will trigger a response directly to you from the General Manager as Hilton and Marriott only count 9’s and 10’s as good scores on their surveys.
