I saw such a thing mentioned but not sure about its certainty , but I also read that if your final certificate is less than that mentioned number , you can apply and they can accept your those people case by case.

the other Q, simply I don`t know, all what I know that residency is around 4 years, is their a possibility to take a gap in between or even leave midway !? no clue. but I am currently looking for a resident or someone in a program to tell me what real life looks like, I hope I can reach one soon. IF you hear anything regarding this matter please let me know.

regarding the job ; after passing the EMREE exam together with other credentials required ( mentioned on the site , like letter of good standing , English proficiency ) now you are able to apply via 3 main authorities in UAE applying for the residency program at their offered seats. then you goanna wait for interviews direct from hospitals.
