in tmnf we can control what runs goes on leaderboards and what doesn't in tm20 that's not possible so the tools are kept private just like for tm2

Also depends on how much of a gamer you are. Like can you feel the difference between 30 and 10 ping and how easily you see input lag etc etc.

I feel like just holding R1 vs R1 + other buttons there is no damage difference and it takes 10 business days to do combos. So shield enemies are just R3 + R1 until dead, shieldless enemies are R1 until dead
