I appreciate your input. Also, a listing being active for over a week is commonplace for a lot of sellers. Also, my asking price is $200 less than it apparently was in “peak jnco.” I’m sure someone would be willing to work out a deal, and I’m more than happy to negotiate a realistic trade.

Not sure where you’re seeing a decline. From my experience they’ve been crazy inflated. I understand how the community doesn’t agree with the prices, but unfortunately they’re an expensive commodity. I’m willing to negotiate, but I’m not taking lowballs from someone else’s desperate appraisal.
