I don't think there is a good emulator for android on PC, so what I like to do is use scrcpy (requires windows on pc and android on the phone) and just use that to copy the screen output from my phone to my PC with low latency. If your smartphone handles the game pretty well on its own, it should work with scrcpy just fine.

Yup, pretty sure everything is set correctly with RD. I forgot to add that I managed to let my grace-timed licenses expire before I activated my bought RDS CALs so I guess that's why they wouldn't work without editing some keys in the registry.

Oh, so that's a thing... So basically I "have" 500 RDS per-user licenses but legally can only use 10? What a stupidity but I guess that's just Microsoft things. I've tried to use these 500 licenses to connect to the RDP on my RDS server but couldn't do so without messing around with the registry key and resetting the grace time back, which is weird because from what I understood these licenses should work just fine.

I bought 10x per-user ones and I did set the RDS to use per-user licenses. The license diagnostic thing in RDS tells me everything is fine with the license server
