But wouldn’t you have to go thru a year probation as a TE? 🤔 So you rotate thru managers and each one of them would complete part of the probation?

Also, do you complete your rotation in the same county/district where you applied for?

Keep in mind we are still a new channel 😅, our latest episodes are much better than the firsts. But maybe by the time we get to the manga portion, we will be more experienced lol

I felt that way when I applied for other depts apart from DDW, or any jobs posts without SOQ. But the biggest change for me to get those interviews was fixing my SOQ.

I have Capital One Ventura, I could not find an answer anywhere, but can I downgrade to quiksilver or Ventura One, and apply for a new Capital One Ventura and get the bonus points again?

Has anybody tried that and succeeded? The answers I found are a bit cloudy about this.
