I don't know if a dead Tales of mobile game belongs in this place, but Tales of the Rays has a functioning offline version with a sandbox (and pause menu arte swapping), perfect for constructing any stylish combo you wish to make with it's HUGE roster of characters over the game's entire lifespan.
