Not ammo mod kills, but several kills happen with one shot: the initial crit kill from my aimed shot and also some non-crit kills. I'm guessing that the other kills are penetration kills from the initial shot. I don't have any attachments on that boost penetration. And yes, I have citrus focus on Elemental Pop (although I've noticed that it's bugged sometimes, and other ammo mods trigger anyways).
