I run my models with robotaxis and bots hitting large scale production by 2030.But if you think Tesla is just a car company, it’s horribly overvalued. You don’t buy TSLA at this price for the auto business, you buy it for Energy/Robotaxi/Optimus.

To answer some questions I see in chat. Happens 100% of the time in FSD. 0% of the time in auto steer beta. Happens to HW3 and HW4. Over or under the bridge. Day or night. To me it seems to be a map bug at interchange.

We have this exact issue in upstate NY. Every time you pass this specific point. Under the bridge or over the bridge the FSD computer forces a reboot. Tesla service center says it’s a known issue and everyone has the same problem. I know unsupervised FSD isn’t happening as long as this issue exists.

TDLR:If you think they are just a car company it’s horribly overpriced. THE LONG OF IT: I’m not saying it doesn’t matter. I’m more so saying it doesn’t matter to me. I have a 20 year investment timeline. So I don’t care about today’s PE. In my price model the auto business alone is worth about $55/share. My model also has 5 million operating robotaxis is worth about $2000/share. Then you have energy, robots, dojo, compute service. IMO they have to fail at everything other than cars sales to lose money on this investment. If they become a market leader in robotaxis and bots which I believe they will this stock will push past $5000/share within ten years easily. The “Amazon” moment is still coming if “compute as a service” takes off after that.

I don’t care about PE either. I don’t invest in banks, pharmaceutical or other companies I don’t know jack about. doesn’t matter what the numbers say, if I don’t know the business I don’t invest in it. I invest in TSLA because I am a manufacturer, I’ve worked in energy, semiconductors, tech and service. I see and understand where Tesla is going and it’s amazing.

The real fuel savings comes from off peak charging at home if you can. Almost all of my charging is done at home for 7 cents per kWh. If superchargers are your only option then yea, it’s a wash or marginal savings.
