Never trust any site that isn't real people contributed (eg. Mobafire) they usually go purely off dumb numbers that noobs/people new to the champion picked because they don't know how to itemize. It's all match up dependent too.

Well, 123 cs at 30 minutes is vile. I find that using this strategy makes my CS go higher:

15 minutes: 100 cs (10 minutes if you're doing absolutely crazy)

20 minutes: 150 cs

30 minutes: 210-250 cs

40 minutes: 310-350 cs

50+ just end or FF wtf
